A run that became much more.
We wondered if anyone would come. Copenhagen answered: more than 200 people filled Fælledparken. Some ran five kilometres. Others walked, brought their children, spent hours cooking, played music or helped someone they had never met. When the race ended, nobody seemed in a hurry to leave. Among Danish and Spanish voices, music, food and new encounters, something more important than a number emerged: a community.

Solidarity knows no borders.
It started with a simple question: what can we do from Copenhagen? What happened next surprised us.
One of them could be your lucky number. Winners will be drawn on 25 October at K.B. Hallen, and there are only a limited number of numbers available.
50 DKK per number. Only 300 tickets. All proceeds go to the areas of Spain affected by the wildfires. Draw on 25 October 2026 at K.B. Hallen.
It wasn't supposed to become an association.
In 2024, after the devastating DANA floods in Spain, people in Copenhagen started organising. One person contacted another. Businesses offered help. Volunteers joined. People who had never met started working together. More than 200,000 DKK were eventually raised for affected communities.

So... what if we did it again?
Not another Social Run. Something different. On 25 October, we're taking DANAmark to KB Hallen and bringing Denmark and Spain together again. There will be music. There will definitely be food. There will be things for children and adults, familiar faces from the Social Run and plenty of new ones. And we're working on a few things we can't tell you about just yet.
Somewhere between Denmark and Spain, DANAmark happened.
We love bringing the two countries together. Sometimes that means hundreds of people running through Fælledparken. Sometimes it's Danish and Spanish families sharing a table. It can be a musician getting on stage, a company offering what it does best, someone volunteering for the first time or a child going home asking when the next event is. That's the kind of solidarity we're interested in. The kind you can actually experience.
You don't need a special reason to join us.
Attend events. Volunteer. Become a member. Collaborate as a company. Perform. Bring ideas. Help connect people. Membership: 200 DKK / year.
Where does it all go?
It's a fair question. Every event has a purpose, and the money raised doesn't disappear behind a nice photograph and a thank-you post. We document what comes in, what an event costs and where the final funds go. Because if people trust us enough to show up, volunteer or contribute, they deserve to know what happened afterwards.
